Charles Goldsworthy knows about form, having spent his early career riding winners for the Queen Mother, alongside such contemporaries as Richard Pitman, John Francome and Lester Piggott.
Retiring from the saddle in 1972, Charles embarked on a second career as a master craftsman, working with a wide range of materials including wood and hand-forged metal, eventually specialising in large projects for architectural practices.
He opened his own factory to ensure that the exacting standards of design and quality for which he had become renown, would continue.
Once joined by his daughter Charlotte, the Charlesworthy functional art brand was born.
As the manufacturing team continues to grow, so does their international reputation for innovative design and impeccable build quality.
